脫水篩是我公司研制的專門用于洗選廠的脫泥、脫介、脫水的振動分級設備。該系列脫水篩采用法蘭式激振器，由兩臺電機外拖動作反方向自同步旋轉，使篩體沿直線方向作周期性的往復運動，以達到分級脫水目的。采用了雙電極自同步技術，通用型快偏心、可調振幅振動器。通過膠帶聯軸分別驅動兩個互不聯系的振動器作同步反向運轉，兩組偏心質量產生的離心力沿振動方向的分力疊加，反向離心抵消，從而形成單一的沿振動方向的激振動，使篩箱做作往復直線運動。

　　The dewatering screen is a vibration classification equipment specially developed by our company for desliming, demineralization and dewatering in the washing plant. The series of dewatering screens are designed with flange type vibration exciter, which is driven by two motors and rotates synchronously in the opposite direction, making the screen body move periodically in the straight direction, so as to achieve the purpose of graded dewatering. The double electrode self synchronization technology is adopted, and the universal quick eccentric and adjustable amplitude vibrator is adopted. Through the belt coupling, two unrelated vibrators are driven to operate synchronously and reversely. The centrifugal force generated by the two groups of eccentric mass is superposed along the component force in the direction of vibration, and the reverse centrifugal force is counteracted, so as to form a single exciting vibration along the direction of vibration and make the screen box move in a reciprocating straight line.
